UNICEF Partnership

UNICEF Partnership

Baan Dek is proud to announce a new, key partnership with UNICEF Thailand! Baan Dek and UNICEF will conduct a joint documentation project that will focus on innovative partnerships that support migrant children in Thailand. This project will gather new field data on the essential needs of migrant children living in construction site camps, and provide the basis for new private and public sector partners to address their needs.

Migrant Empowerment Project

Migrant Empowerment Project

Baan Dek Foundation just launched a new program: the Migrant Empowerment Project! Through MEP, Baan Dek trains migrant construction workers to become Peer Educators. Once trained, they'll empower their communities by creating child-safe environments and making it possible for everyone to access critical Education, Health and Safety services at any time. This Project will have long-term impact as these Peer Educators will also support other communities throughout more migrations in the future.

Bourbon Partnership

Bourbon Partnership

We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Foundation Bourbon. Thanks to Bourbon we will be able to support hundreds of migrant children with our innovative Superheroes Academy.

The Academy provides a fun way for kids to acquire essential knowledge on topics that are key to their life such as HIV prevention, oral health, child rights and much more.
