The Health Innovation in the Construction Sector (HICS) Project aims to develop an effective mechanism for delivering health services to migrant workers and their children living in construction camps through cooperation between the private sector, government, and civil society in Thailand.

The Project’s goal is to innovate and implement data-driven improvements in health service systems for construction workers by using data mapping tools such as GIS and the Health Service Design Thinking System. Through the co-development of health service systems and policies in the construction sector, BDF strives to increase healthcare access for workers and their children in the interest of people, business and society.
