Our Updates
Bridging Gaps for Children and Families in Accessing Healthcare
Through a close partnership between BDF and HHDC, representatives from health service providers and BDF-trained Health Focal Points (HFP) joined a workshop, held under the ongoing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BDF and HHDC, aimed to strengthen their ability to assess children’s development and connect families to essential health services. This collaboration strengthens HFPs' capacity to monitor children's developmental milestones and connect families to local health providers to ensure timely care.
Child protection lies at the heart of
BDF’s work
BDF was honored to present at the Childhood Partner Meeting, hosted by the World Childhood Foundation, in the presence of H.M. Queen Silvia and other World Childhood partners. BDF was inspired by the incredible work of our fellow child rights organizations in Thailand. The following day, at the Child Protection Summit, H.M. Queen Silvia and H.M. Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana spoke about the urgent need to break the silence around child sexual abuse. BDF is proud to be part of this vital network, united in our mission to protect vulnerable children and ensure a brighter future for every child!
